How can I convince the Microsoft Validation software that I have a legitimate copy of Office XP? I have the CD jacket with the product key and other information right in front of me. The disc, the jacket, and the COA do not look to me like items that could be produced by software pirates. Whenever I go into one of the Office products, it tells me they are already activated.

We bought the OEM version of Microsoft Office XP Professional with Publisher Version 2002 a few years ago from the same local store that sold us all the components we used to build our current PC. But when I run the Validate, it comes back and says it is no good.
